Place: Located just west of Eureka Springs, Arkansas on Highway 187. Take Highway 62W out of Eureka Springs and turn left onto Highway 187S. Go south one mile, watch for signs. The campground is KOA. Location same as in the past: the North Outlet campground just below the dam at Harlan County Reservoir in south central Nebraska. The lake is just a bit south of Republican City, Nebraska. As usual, we will provide coffee tea, and Ellie's homemade cookies. On Saturday evening, we usually try and get together for a group meal at one of the local restaurants in Republican City. There will be a "Roll Your Own" poker run and 50-50 drawing. Firewood will be on hand for the evening gab fest and campfire. Food and refreshments are available in Republican City. There is one small motel in Republican City and two more west about eight miles in Alma. Adult beverages are permitted in the campground. Camping fee of $8 per tent per night is collected by us when you set up. There are no other fees for me event. The campground has water available, the toilets are the chemical type, and there is no electricity. Hot showers are available without charge a few minutes away at the north end of the dam.
